Bellevue has many activities planned throughout the year that require accommodation and we have limited space in the church building. We therefore closely manage use of the church premises outside of regular services and events. To do this we have in place a church diary system whereby space in the main hall or back hall is booked in advance to avoid event clashes. Booking forms can be found in the entrance hall of the church or you can contact the Diary Coordinator. Keys for the Church are held by a number of key-holders. If you need access to the church outside of the services or other activities, this can only be arranged via a key holder. In the first instance please speak with the Property Coordinator, Tom Allan or one of the elders.
Note: Changes to services/events are not always immediately reflected in the calendar below so it should be used ONLY for guidance when assessing church availability. For service/event times see the Sunday Worship and What's Going On sections of the front page.
Church Booking Policy
Bellevue has many activities planned throughout the year that require accommodation and we have limited space in the church building. We therefore closely manage use of the church premises outside of regular services and events.
For insurance purposes, a church member must be present in the building at all times during any activity and we do not employ a care-taker. For this reason, we do not ordinarily permit the church to be used for public or private events by non-members.
Occasionally Christian partner organisations or other churches/groups with whom we have a close affiliation request use of the building for their own events. Such use is subject to availability of a church member who can be present in the building throughout and is entirely at the discretion of the elders. In these circumstances we would not charge for the use of the building however a donation may be made towards the work of the church if so desired.
